ppgame Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ppgame ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through ppgame.app or any associated mobile interface.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the ppgame platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

ppgame reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the ppgame platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and the standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ppgame or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ppgame platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same licensing framework.

To access the full range of ppgame services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the ppgame platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. ppgame reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppgame login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ppgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ppgame immediately via the live chat support function. ppgame recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

ppgame accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ppgame does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. ppgame aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. ppgame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

ppgame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional identity verification documents, in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.

ppgame may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which will be published alongside each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. ppgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as the suspension or permanent closure of the account.

ppgame reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the spirit of the promotion.

All games available on the ppgame platform — including live casino games, slot machines, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

ppgame uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable gaming standards. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to their respective regulatory certifications.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ppgame will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. ppgame reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error that materially affects the outcome. ppgame's decision in such matters is final.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and event type. ppgame reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations, in accordance with applicable sporting integrity standards.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppgame platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or sports integrity violations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the ppgame platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppgame staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your ppgame account.

All content on the ppg ame platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of ppgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ppgame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ppgame platform without the prior written consent of ppgame.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ppgame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ppgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppgame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppgame does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ppgame will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

ppgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, ppgame strongly encourages you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ppgame users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ppgame platform.

To activate any of these tools, log in to your account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard, or contact ppgame support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

ppgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or a Terms violation, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure.

You may close your ppgame account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact ppgame customer support and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution before escalating the matter. ppgame will make good-faith efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

ppgame operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

ppgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ppgame will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ppgame.app/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ppgame platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
