Creating a ppgame account is quick and straightforward. Visit ppgame.app and click the Register button. You will need to provide your mobile number, a valid email address, and a secure password. After verifying your mobile number via OTP, you will need to complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID. You must be at least 21 years old to register, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.

ppgame accepts the following Philippine government-issued IDs for identity verification:

  • UMID (SSS/GSIS)
  • PRC Professional ID
  • Voter's ID

No. Each player is allowed only one ppgame account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password feature or contact our support team.

The minimum deposit on ppgame is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, the minimum is ₱500 due to bank processing fees. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though daily limits may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method used.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed in real time and should reflect in your ppgame wallet within a few seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 10 minutes, please contact our support team with your GCash transaction reference number and we will resolve it promptly.

ppgame does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, GCash charges a small fee for certain transfer types. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are outside ppgame's control.
Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: 1–3 hours (most are processed within the hour)
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days
  • InstaPay: Within a few hours on business days

Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. All withdrawals are subject to a standard security review before processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount on ppgame is ₱200 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification for security purposes.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include:
  • Your KYC verification is incomplete or pending review
  • The withdrawal was submitted during a public holiday or weekend
  • Additional security verification is required for large amounts
